These are built onto a single-truss galvanised steel frame and covered with 610g/m2 PVC to provide excellent protection against fire and the harmful effects of the sun’s rays. Whether you are using them simply as storage facilities or warehousing where your workers and materials, products, machinery or even vehicles will be kept and operated, everything will be safe.

To help fulfil the needs of a wide range of customers, we have made this particular steel structure available in 7 different standard sizes. As we know only too well these sizes may not be enough to meet your specific needs. We have a range of previous customers with a large variety of specifications. That is why we offer to create truly bespoke PVC steel storage buildings with single-truss frames that will. Just be sure to supply us with the dimensions you require to a member of our team.

The most popular shutter Option is a 'Winch Operated Steel Frame PVC' - This standard shutter size is 3.4x 4m (width x height)

*Please note for our Manual Metal Roller shutters, the max width we can produce is 2.5m-3m and the max height we can produce is 3-4m*

These buildings are 4.8m at the eves and 6.1m at the tallest part of the building. 

Please note if you require a buildings that is wider then 8m then this will need to be a Double Truss Frame. 

With Made to Order buildings we can move the location of the shutter add a Personal Door or even include Transparent PVC SKY light. 

Structures like our PVC steel storage buildings may look a little intimidating to build. However, one of the great things about choosing to buy these structures from us here at Kit Buildings is that we ensure they are anything but difficult or time-consuming to install.

Once they arrive, along with the parts and components packaged in the metal crates, you will also find a full and detailed instruction manual. If, of course, you do not have time or workers to spare to do this on your own, just request it when ordering and we will visit your property to install and erect it for you.

Notes on Delivery:
• The shelter is delivered in a securely packaged box, handled by a forwarding agent. This approach guarantees a safe and efficient delivery process, reducing the risk of damage during transportation.
• The shelter is packed in sturdy load-bearing steel boxes, adding an extra layer of protection during transit. This packaging further safeguards the shelter components until they reach your location.
• To unload the shelter upon delivery, a forklift with a minimum load capacity of 1000 kg is required. This ensures the safe and efficient handling of the shipment. In cases where a forklift is not available, alternative arrangements can be made, though please note that additional charges may apply for such accommodations.
