In our may years of operations, we have had the privilege of working with a variety of different clients and customers. While some have been from commercial backgrounds, others have just been looking for structurally sound storage facilities for personal and recreational use.

Thanks to this experience, we know that not all customers have the same needs. That is why we have two standard sizes available for these open field shelters – 10 x 12 x 9ft and 20 x 12 x 9ft). In addition to these two standard sizes, we are also happy to prefabricate a structure to meet your own customised dimensions. Just be sure to inform us of the size requirements when you order. 

Standard and Customised Colours

We have found that most of our customers prefer the standard colour of brown for open livestock shelters. However, as we want to offer a truly satisfying service to our customers, we can also manufacture a shelter in the colour of your choosing, upon request.

1. Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Frame: This shelter comes equipped with a robust steel frame that has undergone a 'hot-dip' galvanization process, rendering it highly resistant to corrosion. This process enhances the frame's durability, making it a reliable and long-lasting component of the shelter.

2. Durable Roof - Heavy Duty Tarpaulin PVC: This shelter is a top-quality roof constructed from heavy-duty tarpaulin PVC. This roof material is specifically designed to endure and withstand a wide range of weather conditions, ensuring that your shelter remains resilient and weather-resistant. We also have different thicknesses of PVC available.

3. Base Plate Design : The structure is designed to be study but also portable as the kit is provided with pre drilled base place that can be installed onto Grass, MOT or Concrete. 

4. Assembly Instructions: You will receive comprehensive assembly instructions that guide you through the setup process step by step. These instructions are designed to make the installation of the shelter more straightforward, ensuring that you can correctly and efficiently install the shelter. Notes on Delivery:
• The shelter is delivered in a securely packaged box, handled by a forwarding agent. This approach guarantees a safe and efficient delivery process, reducing the risk of damage during transportation.
• The shelter is packed in sturdy load-bearing steel boxes, adding an extra layer of protection during transit. This packaging further safeguards the shelter components until they reach your location.
• To unload the shelter upon delivery, a forklift with a minimum load capacity of 1000 kg is required. This ensures the safe and efficient handling of the shipment. In cases where a forklift is not available, alternative arrangements can be made, though please note that additional charges may apply for such accommodations.
